Cheongdam Kalguksu

Cheongdam Kalguksu in Suwon serves kalguksu (knife-cut noodles), sujebi (hand-torn dough soup), and kongguksu made with hand-pulled noodles from aged dough. The noodles are chewy, and the dishes come with a clear, cool anchovy broth and spicy seasoning sauce. When each person orders one menu item, steamed rice and extra noodles can be refilled without limit. Kimchi is self-served, and food may take time to arrive after ordering.
