Hwanggane Saeng Gui

Hwanggane Saenggui is a butcher-restaurant in Godeok-myeon, Yesan, where meat such as samgyeopsal (pork belly) is sliced and grilled to order. Pagimchi made by the owner’s mother and aged kimchi are grilled on the plate with the meat. Leftover meat is finely chopped and stir-fried with aged kimchi, seaweed flakes, and seasoning, then served as fried rice. The dining area is spacious and clean.
