Godeok Galbi

Godeok Galbi is a small galbi restaurant near Godeok Nonghyup in Yesan that serves marinated Hanwoo beef galbi. The galbi is grilled over briquette fire, and the marinade is mild while the meat is tender. Arrive late and you take a number and wait, and ordering gonggitbap brings dried radish greens doenjang soup. The side dishes are limited to mul kimchi, cabbage kimchi, garlic, and raw onion, so there are few banchan to eat with rice.
