YG Republique IFC is in IFC in Yeouido, Seoul, and combines a grill house that cooks thick cuts of pork with a shop selling coffee and cocktails. The meat is grilled as thick blocks to keep in the juices, and it comes with several sauces and kimchi. At the entrance the shop sells coffee, in the middle it serves pub menus, and in the back it serves grilled meat dishes, staying open until 11 p.m. YG music is played loudly, which makes the space distracting.
