Yeouidogam

Yeouido Gam is a Korean restaurant in Yeouido, Seoul, serving baekhap-tang shabu-shabu and maesaengi kalguksu. Diners cook octopus, beef and vegetables in a clam broth, then finish with maesaengi kalguksu. The dining room is large and two hours of parking are free, and office workers make up much of the lunch crowd. The tong-saeu minari haemul pajeon is eaten crisp with wasabi-pickled onion.
