Yeouido Wang Donkatsu

Yeouido Wangdonkatsu is a donkatsu restaurant in the basement level 1 of the Shinsong Center Building in Yeouido, Seoul, serving old-style Western king donkatsu. The king donkatsu is large, fried crisp to order, and not greasy. On weekday lunchtimes there is a wait, but after 1 p.m. a table is likely to be available. The meat is thin relative to its size and the breading is thick, so soaking it in sauce gives it a texture like a fried bread.
