Yeouido Minari Samgyeop Main Branch is a grill restaurant in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, where samgyeopsal (pork belly) and pork collar are cooked over charcoal with minari. Thick layers of minari are placed between the samgyeopsal or pork collar, alongside kimchi, onion, and mushrooms, and the minari is provided as a free unlimited refill. It stays open late, past the 9 to 10 p.m. closing time of other Yeouido restaurants, and serves meal dishes such as sundubu (soft tofu stew) jjolmyeon, doenjang jjigae, and naengmyeon (cold noodles). You have to grill the meat yourself, which is a hassle.
