Yeouido Azabu

Yeouido Azabu is an omakase course dining restaurant in Yeouido, Seoul, opened in November 2021. Lunch service is a short course, while dinner centers on dishes meant to accompany alcohol. Every table is a separate private room, so conversation stays quiet. The hosomaki is packed in small, neat pieces, and the sashimi moriawase is cut thick.
