Yeongwon Sikdang is a Korean restaurant in an old apartment shopping arcade on Yeouido, near Yeouinaru Station, serving sujebi (hand-torn dough soup) and jeon. Its signature combination is sujebi in a broth made from mashed potato, with potato jeon and geotjeori kimchi on the side. It has held its spot for decades, and at lunchtime office workers crowd in, making for a long wait. It stays open past 10 p.m., and the sujebi and stir-fried dishes come in small portions.
