Wangwang Sujebi is a restaurant in Seoul that serves sujebi (hand-torn dough soup) in anchovy broth, along with cabbage kimchi and yeolmu kimchi. The thin, chewy dough pieces are boiled in a rich anchovy broth. The line is long, but with two people the table turnover is fast, and barley rice comes with whatever you order. Individual payments are not accepted.
