Uara Yeouido

Uara Yeouido is a hanwoo omakase restaurant near Yeouido Station in Seoul, serving Korean-style courses of hanwoo beef and seafood in private rooms only. The Dinner B course moves from chawanmushi through tuna, abalone and tilefish (okdom) to hanwoo grilled at a personal brazier, then dessert. A manager assigned to the table explains each course, and on anniversaries the restaurant provides welcome tea, lettering and a Polaroid photo. Corkage is free, so guests can bring their own alcohol.
