Tobang is an old Korean restaurant on the basement first floor of the Ailex Building, right next to Yeouido Station Exit 6 in Seoul. It serves meals such as sundubu, kimchi stew, and jeyuk bokkeum, along with ojingeo tang, assorted jeon, and Jipyeong makgeolli. The ojingeo tang uses whole squid in a clear, spicy broth with cabbage and chili, and must be boiled for over 40 minutes for the flavor to develop. Jokbal and bossam are also ordered as evening anju.
