The Ramen War The Hyundai Seoul is a ramen restaurant on the basement first floor of The Hyundai Seoul in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul. Its bajirak shoyu ramen serves thick, chewy noodles in a broth simmered with chicken and clams, alongside peanut sauce tantanmen and smoky chashu rice bowl. Noodle refills are free and chashu can be ordered from one to five slices, with the pork collar chashu cooked slowly at low temperature to keep it tender. The Kansai shoyu ramen is strongly salty.
