Taeyoung Saeng Makchang Yeouido

Taeyoung Saeng Makchang Yeouido is a grill restaurant in Yeouido, Seoul, serving beef and pork makchang and pork skin. Staff grill the beef and pork makchang and the pork skin at the table so diners do not leave with the smell on their clothes. The makchang is grilled to order and brought out ready to eat, but the grilling takes a while, so side dishes should be ordered first. The dipping sauce is on the weak side.
