Ssangdaepo Metdol Sundubu

Ssddaepo Metdol Sundubu is a Korean restaurant near Yeouido Station that serves house-made sundubu jjigae alongside grilled beef and pork. The gul sundubu jjigae and deulkkae sundubu are soaked through to the inside of the tofu, and the ogyeopsal is placed on a hot grill, cut once it is cooked through. At lunch, even when a line forms, turnover is quick and you get in in about ten minutes, and banchan such as ssamchae and spicy kongnamul muchim are served. From 5:30 p.m., office workers crowd in and tables tend to fill up.
