Shima Sushi

Shimasushi Yeouido IFC Mall is a conveyor-belt sushi restaurant inside IFC Mall in Yeouido, Seoul. It serves thick-cut nigiri including uni, sweet shrimp, engawa and tuna, and kyuuku can be ordered as wanted. Each piece is covered to keep it from drying out, and turnover is high. There are table seats and a small number of counter seats, with waits of about 10 to 20 minutes during busy hours.
