Seongminchon

Seongminchon is a Korean restaurant in Yeouido, Seoul, serving seafood shabu-shabu and noodle hot pot. Diners boil abalone, octopus and clams together with kalguksu noodles for a broth that is both clean and spicy. Staff handle the cooking and ladle the finished hot pot into individual bowls according to the number of people, and a small bowl of porridge comes before the meal.
