Seogung is a Chinese restaurant on the basement first floor of Yeouido Lotte Castle in Seoul that serves ohyang jangyuk, gunmandu and tangsuyuk without jjajangmyeon or jjamppong. It has continued as a hwasang Chinese restaurant since 1978, and its representative dishes are old-style bokkeumbap with distinct grains of rice and gunmandu with thick dumpling skins. The bokkeumbap comes out fast enough to arrive as soon as you sit down, the gyeyangguk can be refilled two or three times, and the tangsuyuk is served with the sauce poured over it unless you say otherwise. In the evening, customers crowd into the large hall, making the interior loud and busy.
