Samwonjeong

Samwonjeong is a restaurant in the Yeouido business district of Seoul that serves budae jjigae, jeyuk bokkeum, and raw samgyeopsal. The budae jjigae comes with a rich broth and unlimited ramyeon noodles and rice. Each table has a pot of broth so diners can refill the soup themselves, and a wait forms at lunch even if you arrive only slightly late. Smoke from grilling the samgyeopsal is not vented well, so the interior fills with haze.
