Samtaegi Samgyeopsal

Samtaegi Samgyeopsal is a restaurant in Seoul that serves samgyeopsal alongside Najugomtang and Najugukbap. The clear but rich gomtang comes with plenty of meat, and the meal is eaten by wrapping it with gim, mumallaengi, and kongnamul muchim. Pork belly is cooked on a tilted stone plate so the fat drains off, and kimchi and mushrooms are grilled in that fat. The indoor space gets hot and ventilation is lacking.
