Samsunghyeol Haemultang The Hyundai is a seafood restaurant on the first basement floor of The Hyundai Seoul, serving haemultang and seafood ramyeon with octopus, abalone, flower crab, shrimp and clams. Octopus legs are briefly blanched, cut and returned to the pot, staff cut the seafood at the table, and the broth is boiled so that it is neither spicy nor salty. On weekdays you wait in line without a reservation, and on weekends you enter by reservation. The haemultang is short on the variety and amount of seafood.
