Sarangchae is an old Korean restaurant in Seoul that serves tofu stew, grilled fish, and dakdoritang. At lunch, diners order garlic tofu stew and grilled mackerel; in the evening, samgyeopsal and aged kimchi dakdoritang. The tofu stew contains more pork than tofu and comes with basic side dishes. When the restaurant fills up, service in the dining room is slow.
