Saessak Bibimbap

Saessak Bibimbap is a Korean restaurant on the second floor of KCC Park Town in Yeouido, Seoul, serving dolsot bibimbap and meat dishes. The flying fish roe, octopus and cheese dolsot bibimbap arrives in a hot stone pot and needs to be mixed right away so the rice at the bottom does not burn. At lunchtime a wait forms if you arrive late, and each person's order comes as a set with pork skin, gopchang (grilled intestines) and kimchi pancake. The dining space is small.
