Ohansu Uyukmyeonga

Ohansu Uyukmyeonga is a Chinese restaurant on the second floor of the O2 Building in Yeouido, Seoul, serving Hong Kong-style beef brisket noodle soup and fried dumplings. The beef brisket noodle soup has a clear, mild broth with chewy noodles and tender meat, and the fried dumplings are known for their juice. Diners can eat the broth as is at first, then add spicy dadegi midway, and cilantro and scallions are provided without limit. During the lunch peak, a crowd gathers and the wait is about 10 minutes.
