Nokhyang Shabu Shabu

Nokhyang Shabu Shabu is a long-standing shabu-shabu restaurant in Yeouido that serves beef and vegetables in individual pots. Diners dip the ingredients in Nokhyang sauce made with minced onion and garlic, then finish the clear broth with kalguksu and rice porridge. Reservations set the table in advance, vegetables are refilled, and noodles come by default. On weekday lunchtimes tables are almost always full, so walking in without a reservation means waiting.
