Ming 1956

Ming 1956 is a Chinese restaurant in Yeouido, Seoul, serving jjajangmyeon, jjamppong, and bokkeumbap. It also offers Matdongsan tangsuyuk, an old-style hwangjjamppong that brings out the coolness of seafood, and haemul ganjjajang topped with a fried egg. The space has small rooms and partitioned seating, and reservations are required for weekday lunch. Portions are not large.
