Matsunohana The Hyundai Seoul is a Japanese restaurant on the basement first floor of The Hyundai Seoul in Yeouido, serving tendon and Japanese-style rice bowls. The horumon ebi tendon comes with daechang (beef large intestine), shrimp, and fried pumpkin, eggplant, lotus root, seaweed, and kkwarigochu, topped with an onsen egg. Weekday lunch lines are long, so you can join the wait in advance through an app, and after finishing the rice, a refill comes with fried seaweed on top. The open-plan space is noisy and cluttered from passing foot traffic.
