Mama Doenjang IFC Mall is a Korean restaurant in IFC Mall in Yeouido, Seoul, serving doenjang jjigae, cheonggukjang, and barley rice. The doenjang dishes use no MSG, and the meal is eaten by mixing the rice with yeolmu namul, a fried egg, and gochujang. The doenjang jjigae is served boiling, and a wait forms during lunch hours.
