Kkangjang Yang Gopchang

Kkangjang Yanggopchang is a gopchang (grilled intestines) restaurant on the basement first floor of the Yeouido Department Store in Seoul. The gopchang is par-grilled before serving and can be ordered as a mixed platter. Even at 6:15 p.m. on a weekday, only the last table is left, and the place fills with office workers from nearby at quitting time. At lunch, odeng kimchi stew is served and ramyeon noodles are added to it.
