Jingawa Yeouido is a Japanese restaurant near IFC Mall and Yeouido Park in Seoul that serves gamtae soba, sashimi, sushi, tempura, and sukiyaki as courses. Its signature Jingawa course begins with five kinds of hassun and continues with gamtae soba, seasonal sashimi and sushi, tempura, and miso broth kue nabemono. The restaurant features Tenobe noodles made in a tradition passed down through twelve generations over 360 years, along with private room seating. The yokubari udon set comes with thin, chewy noodles, various toppings, and tempura.
