Jangmiui Jip is a Korean restaurant in the commercial wing of Jangmi Apartments in Yeouido, Seoul, serving frozen samgyeopsal and gochujang bulgogi. The pork belly comes from domestic female pigs, and the restaurant serves cabbage kimchi separately for grilling and for side dishes, with the grilling kimchi cooked in pork fat. Tables, chairs, and a stone-slab-shaped grill evoke restaurants of the 1980s. Prices are high relative to the quality of the meat, making it hard to visit often.
