Huoguoya

Huoguo Ya Yeouido IFC Mall Branch is a huoguo restaurant in the basement of IFC Mall in Yeouido, Seoul, with a broth adjusted to Korean tastes. The wusamgyeop set comes with vegetables and corn noodles, and the broth can be split between hongtang and mushroom broth. A self-serve sauce bar lets diners mix four sauces to their preference when ordering, and a waiting number is cancelled if the party does not arrive within five minutes. There is a wait on weekend evenings.
