Gumasan

Gumasan is on the second floor of the Miwon Building in Yeouido, Seoul, and serves Gyeongsang-style chueotang made with domestic loach and bulgogi made with domestic Hanwoo beef. The chueotang comes in a clear doenjang broth with dried radish greens and cabbage leaves, eaten with sancho brought from Masan. The restaurant has operated in Yeouido for a long time, and its side dishes include bean sprouts, chives, stir-fried fish cake, and kimchi. The bulgogi portions are small.
