Golsu Yeouido Branch

Golsu Yeouido is a Korean restaurant in Yeouido that serves bone-in suyuk and bone haejang-guk. Its signature dish, suyuk jeongol, layers pork-bone broth beneath steamed meat, and the meat comes out tender. At the end of the meal, sujebi (hand-torn dough soup) is boiled in that broth. The bone-in suyuk is chewy in texture.
