Dwipul-I

Dwi Puli is a cod soup restaurant in the Jeongwoo Building in Yeouido, Seoul, and has been open for over 30 years. The cod soup contains large pieces of body meat and is served with bean sprout, kimchi, and garlic stem side dishes, while the broth is clear and mildly sweet. The restaurant has kept the same taste for over 20 years, and the broth can be refilled on request. Mixing rice into the broth makes the broth cloudy.
