Its pork jowl sotbap and dakgalbi sotbap come with dry, grainy rice infused with a smoky aroma, followed by sungnyung made by adding water to the scorched rice in the stone pot. The menu has many types of sotbap, making it difficult to choose, and the food takes a long time to arrive. The side dishes are limited in quantity and variety for finishing with sungnyung.
