Byeolmi Bokkeumjeom

Byeolmi Bokkeumjeom is a Korean restaurant in the food court on the first basement floor of Yeouido Department Store in Seoul, serving jeyuk bokkeum and direct-fire oksam, naksam, and jjusam bokkeum. The bokkeum is cooked over direct fire and served with a bowl of lettuce, gimgaru, and sesame oil to mix in, and gonggibap can be added free of charge. The cooking is visible from the open kitchen, and the restaurant is busy at lunch, so visiting between 1:30 and 2 p.m. is advised; takeout is also available. Bokkeum menu items are ordered from a minimum of two servings, making them difficult to eat alone.
