Buheung Dongtae

Buheung Dongtae is a pollack stew restaurant on the third floor of the Oryun Building in Dongyeouido, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, and has been in business for over 30 years. Its signature dish is a spicy jeongol simmered with pollack roe, milt, and young pollack along with bean sprouts and radish, served with kkakdugi, seasoned bean sprouts, and seasoned radish strips. The restaurant was featured on the show Delicious Guys, and tables turn quickly, so waits stay short even when it is busy. Those who do not like internal organs can order the pollack soup instead.
