Bontobaki

Bontobaki is a samgyeopsal (pork belly) restaurant on the third floor of the Baeksang Building in Yeouido, Seoul. At lunch it serves ssambap, including jeyuk ojingeo ssambap made with large squid and pork stir-fried together and served with lettuce, boiled cabbage and other wrap vegetables. Lunch comes with basic side dishes such as steamed egg and tteokbokki, and the jeyuk ssambap is spicy and sweet. On weekday lunches there is a wait even at 11:30 a.m.
