8beon Daemuljip is a Korean restaurant and hoe (raw fish) restaurant in Yeouido. It serves seasonal aged hoe, braised dishes, grilled dishes, and soups centered on large flounder delivered directly from the source, with a chef who has 22 years of experience in Japanese cuisine. Daemul ppolak gui can be ordered half-and-half with flounder hoe, alongside sogeum gimbap or sushi rice. The dining area becomes noisy when crowded.
