Songbaek Seoneo Hoejip is a raw fish restaurant in Yeoseo-dong, Yeosu. Its seoneo hoe platter centers on sawed mackerel and comes with seafood, gat kimchi, and aged kimchi, followed by jiri-tang at the end. The raw fish has a soft texture, and the jiri-tang is served with a clear, deep broth. Ordered dishes arrive late, and diners must get their own side dishes and drinks.
