Solip Hoejip

Solip Hoetjip is a small raw-fish restaurant in Dolsan-eup, Yeosu, serving hamo ubi-kki and live-fish hoe. After the hamo, diners choose either ramyeon or juk in the broth, and kimchi and side dishes come with the meal. The owner catches the fish and slices the natural fish and hamo hoe.
