Badasarang Bonjeom is a hoe (raw fish) restaurant in Bongsan-dong, Yeosu. It serves aged seoneo-hoe and samchi seoneo-hoe, followed by jiri-tang (clear fish soup) at the end of the meal. The restaurant has no hall and operates entirely in rooms, and staff explain how to eat each type of seoneo. When customers crowd in, serving is slow and the side dishes fall short of expectations.
