Rainbow Seoneo Hoetjip is a raw fish restaurant in Ssangbong-dong, Yeosu. It serves hairtail hoe and hairtail mulhoe, with the hairtail brought in by the boat owner, along with seafood side dishes. The hairtail comes as hoe and grilled, accompanied by live abalone, sea squirt, sea cucumber, shrimp, octopus, and scallop. When customers crowd in, there may be no seats or service may be delayed.
