Pungseong Son Memil Muk

Pungseong Son Memil Muk is a buckwheat restaurant in Soho-dong, Yeosu. It serves memil son kalguksu, memil muk bap, and bibimbap, and processes its own buckwheat to make food with natural ingredients and no seasonings. The owner makes the buckwheat dough by hand, and the memil muk is drained of water so it comes out firm. Memil muk naengchae is eaten cold with a sweet and sour taste.
