Kongsiru

Kong Siru Bonjeom is a bean-sprout rice soup restaurant in Singi-dong, Yeosu. It serves a mild soup with plenty of perilla powder and a spicy soup with kimchi and red pepper powder, along with a raw egg for a poached egg. The dining room is large, and customers pay in advance through a table order system and take extra side dishes from a self-service bar. The broth is not clear because it contains perilla and kimchi.
