Hong Boseok

Hongboseok is a Chinese restaurant in a neighborhood away from Yeosu's tourist sites, serving jjajangmyeon and jjamppong. Its signature dish, Matjjajang, comes half bokkeum-jjamppong and half jjajang, with thinner noodles than usual Chinese-style noodles that are mixed before eating. Matjjajang and bibim-jjamppong have a distinct flavor different from ordinary jjajangmyeon and jjamppong. The parking lot is shared and the space is small, making it difficult to use.
