Gohyang Sikdang is a Korean restaurant in Yeosu that serves hairtail jorim and ganjang gejang, and uses only fresh-caught hairtail. Ordering hairtail jorim or hairtail gui comes with stone crab gejang on the side, and the hard claw sections are cleaned for you. Orders start at two people, so eating alone is not possible.
