Gukdong Kalguksu

Gukdong Kalguksu in Yeosu is a kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) restaurant. Its signature dish uses house-made chewy noodles and a seafood-flavoured broth made with stir-fried onions, and the menu also includes yukjeon gimbap and jjolmyeon. A wait can form before lunch, but you can wait in the indoor waiting area, and tables turn over quickly. The service tone is cold and authoritative.
