Dongseo Sikdang is a Korean restaurant in Yeosu, a three-minute walk from the Yeosu bus terminal, serving seodae hoe muchim and cockles. The seodae hoe is dressed sour, then mixed with rice, sesame oil and gimgaru, and served with a clear doenjang soup containing flower crab, ssok and clams. At lunch the seats fill up, with one case of a 20-minute wait and entry at 2:30 p.m., and the break time is from 3 to 5 p.m. The food is strongly sweet, so you have to ask for no sugar when it is cooked.
